You must immediately notify wj33 if you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. wj33 may, in its sole discretion, suspend or lock your Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.
All deposits and withdrawals on the wj33 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect). wj33 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove supported payment methods without prior notice.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the same name as the wj33 Account holder. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to a person other than the registered wj33 Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned (less any applicable processing fees) and the Account being flagged for review.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). wj33 reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits prior to processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times apply to verified accounts. VIP members are eligible for express withdrawal processing under the wj33 VIP programme terms.
wj33 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, pending the outcome of any investigation.
wj33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, cashback offers, and other incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limitations, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.
Bonus funds issued by wj33 are not redeemable as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Where a Member requests a withdrawal while a bonus wagering requirement is outstanding, wj33 reserves the right to remove the Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from those Bonus Funds prior to processing the withdrawal.
wj33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting wagering requirement loopholes, or placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
All games available on the wj33 Platform are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider and supplemented by wj33's general platform rules. In the event of a conflict between game provider rules and wj33's platform rules, wj33's platform rules shall prevail.
In the event of any technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a gaming session, wj33 will endeavour to resolve the issue in accordance with the applicable game provider's protocol. wj33 reserves the right to void any round or bet affected by a demonstrable technical error, irrespective of the displayed outcome.
Live dealer game results are final once the hand, spin, or round is completed by the live dealer in accordance with the game rules. wj33 does not accept disputes regarding live dealer outcomes where the outcome was determined correctly under the applicable dealing protocol.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any wj33 intellectual property without the prior written consent of wj33 is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wj33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
wj33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wj33 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wj33 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by wj33 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. Upon termination of your Account for cause, wj33 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any Balance associated with the Account where that Balance is determined to have derived from prohibited activity. Where Account closure is not for cause, any available withdrawable Balance will be returned to you via your last-used verified payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting wj33 support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements or bonus conditions applicable at the time of the closure request.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wj33 is licensed to operate under its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to wj33's internal dispute resolution process.
To initiate a dispute, you must submit a written description of the dispute to wj33 support with full supporting details. wj33 will endeavour to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of your written submission. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.
